This the BEST and most useful summary I've found for Canada. It's "government issue" . . and seems to be pretty accurate . . even including national parks and seaport zones . . very easy to find the info you need.

Red Circle: The red circle presents the horizontal distance limit for the selected UAV weight class. Do not fly past this limit.
Green Circle: The green circle presents the distance to built up areas. Esure that there are no signs of built up areas (buildings/houses) within the green filled area.
